A company is looking for a Director of Subcontracts. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Subcontract execution and ensure alignment with business area financial goals Develop Subcontract strategies and manage major Subcontracts of critical significance Lead and mentor Subcontract teams to achieve project objectives and prepare status reports for leadership Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 20 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 15 years of experience in DoD subcontract management Active Department of Defense secret security clearance or ability to obtain one Expertise in Subcontract Management and compliance issues related to federal Subcontract operations Proven ability to manage complex programs and multiple Subcontracts across various business segments Strong leadership skills with a focus on strategic and tactical objectives
