Key Responsibilities Lead a team of tax research professionals to create and maintain North America Indirect Tax content Establish processes and service level agreements with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Oversee tax research automation projects to improve efficiency and capacity within the team Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Tax, or Finance Advanced degree or certification preferred Over 12 years of experience in a multi-jurisdictional tax environment At least 5 years of leadership experience 6+ years of project management experience
