Dispute Analyst
A company is looking for a Dispute Analyst who will manage the analysis and processing of Mastercard and Visa disputes for payment card customers. Key Responsibilities Analyze and process disputes from Mastercard and Visa for payment card customers Act as a liaison between customers and the payment schemes to facilitate the chargeback process Ensure compliance with defined policies and regulations while mitigating financial risk Required Qualifications Experience in dispute resolution or related financial services Knowledge of Mastercard and Visa dispute processes and regulations Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions Strong analytical skills to assess and manage disputes effectively Familiarity with risk management practices in financial transactions
