Early Engagement Specialist
A company is looking for an Early Engagement Specialist to support newly enrolled customers in a high-velocity onboarding environment. Key Responsibilities Guide and support customers during the onboarding process to ensure successful implementation of the product Make 65+ outbound calls daily to drive early engagement and maximize customer retention Coach customers on product basics and identify high-risk accounts for escalation as needed Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus 6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
