Employee Experience Partner
A company is looking for an Employee Experience Business Partner to enhance employee experience and drive key people programs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people strategy, talent management, and workforce planning
Lead initiatives throughout the employee journey, including onboarding and performance reviews
Analyze HR data to inform decision-making and improve employee engagement and retention
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in People (HR) roles focusing on employee relations and talent management
Strong project management skills with a proven track record in delivering large-scale initiatives
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
Experience in leadership coaching and diversity & inclusion efforts
Advanced certifications in HR are a bonus
