Entry Level IT Technician
A company is looking for a Level 1 IT Technician to join their service team.
Key Responsibilities
Answer live calls within a 15-minute cap to resolve issues or escalate as needed
Perform basic troubleshooting tasks from email or portal tickets
Manage all alerts via the ConnectWise ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Background in IT through classroom training or previous work experience
Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and familiar with network and system administration
Basic understanding of Microsoft Server and Workstation Operating Systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Adobe software
Ability to manage and prioritize alerts through the ConnectWise ticketing system
