A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Instructional Designer and Quality Analyst. Key Responsibilities Monitor key performance indicators and provide feedback for employee training Evaluate workflows and develop process improvements for quality assurance Conduct regular check-ins with leadership and provide detailed performance reports Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or extensive training experience in lieu of degree Epic Revenue Cycle Application Certification (HB and/or PB preferred) 5+ years of hospital revenue cycle experience 2+ years of quality auditing or EHR training experience Certification or proficiency in one or more Epic Curriculum applications (or obtained within 3 months of employment)
