A company is looking for an Executive Coach to empower IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and drive their success. Key Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with IT MSPs to promote best practices and business growth Collaborate with the Academy Content team to create thought leadership articles Document coaching efforts and track client progress to ensure alignment with company processes Required Qualifications B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience At least 7 years of leadership or management experience in an IT MSP Familiarity with EOS and experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is preferred Strong client service skills focused on delivering value and fostering relationships Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
