Executive Resolution Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer concerns across multiple channels
Manage multiple cases simultaneously and track escalation data for reporting
Draft written correspondence and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
2 or more years of experience in business analysis, research, or related fields
2 or more years of experience in business writing
2 or more years of experience in Consumer Relations or as a Team Lead in Operations
