Service Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for service-based products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance services
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services, monitoring performance post-launch
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
15+ years of experience in product management, focusing on services
Experience in customer-facing roles with a strong understanding of customer needs
Familiarity with Agile or other product management methodologies
Experience in the telecom or IT industry is preferred
