Key Responsibilities Assist with quality control for telephone and online surveys Oversee vendor performance by monitoring telephone interviews Program and test online survey questionnaires in Qualtrics and CATI systems Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training Deadline-driven with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight timelines Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and database management tools Ability to manage time and resources efficiently Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy
