FINRA Licensed Customer Service Associate
A company is looking for a Financial Customer Service Professional to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts within a call center environment Educate customers on plan updates and process account changes as directed Participate in training to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses Required Qualifications Availability to work a 40-hour week, including occasional Saturdays Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience Ability to work overtime as needed based on business requirements Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred Financial Services or call center experience is a plus
