FINRA Licensed Insurance Support
A company is looking for an Insurance Customer Support representative with FINRA 6 or 7 certification for a remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities
Provide service via inbound contact center, addressing complex customer inquiries and escalating as necessary
Perform account updates, process requests, and maintain accurate account history documentation
Assist in day-to-day operations, including training and mentoring less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
Two or more years of customer service experience in financial, investment, insurance, or banking sectors requiring FINRA certification
Experience with organizational functions and personnel
FINRA 6 or 7 certification required at hire
Proficiency in using help desk software and telephone technology
