A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel - Healthcare with 3-5 years of experience in healthcare law. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with federal and state healthcare regulations Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts related to healthcare services Manage outside litigation matters and assist in corporate governance tasks Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar 3-5 years of experience in healthcare law and/or managed care Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid Proficient in contract drafting and negotiation
