Follow-Up Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives
Develop and coach team members in skills and processes to promote quality
Prepare, analyze, and provide daily, weekly, and monthly metrics reports on key AR metrics
Required Qualifications
Revenue cycle experience
Call center experience
Associate's degree
Leadership experience
Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
