FP&A Associate

A company is looking for an FP&A Associate to support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting efforts. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting processes and support forecast-to-actual variance analysis Track progress against OKRs and financial goals while contributing to process improvements through analyses and automation Provide financial analytics and support to the finance team, maintaining reporting and forecasting tools Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in FP&A, business strategy, or analytical roles, preferably in high-growth technology startups or established companies BS/BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent work experience Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key business metrics Experience with financial reporting tools such as Looker or Host Analytics (or similar) is a plus
