A company is looking for a Fund Paralegal to support its exchange-traded fund platform. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of fund registration statements and related filings Create and manage timelines for registration-related filings Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external legal counsel and service providers Required Qualifications Two or more years of ETF or mutual fund registration statement experience Knowledge of Form N-1A and SEC EDGAR filing form types Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent directly related experience Strong Microsoft Word skills and ability to adapt to new software Knowledge of SEC rules and regulations applicable to ETFs is desired
