Global Benefits Coordinator
A company is looking for a Global Benefits Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation and administration of benefits programs and policies
Collaborate with the benefits team and external partners to develop innovative solutions and coordinate benefit plan renewals
Maintain HR portals, project plans, and reporting mechanisms while ensuring data accuracy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in benefits, HR shared services, or project management
Strong knowledge of benefits administration; global experience preferred
Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with Workday experience strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
