A company is looking for a Global Category Leader - Dairy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a 3-5 year strategic category strategy for growth and value delivery Lead global sourcing activities and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive competitive advantage Oversee a matrixed team of category managers to ensure effective implementation of category and sourcing strategies Required Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in senior supply chain roles, preferably in the food industry 5+ years of experience in global or regional strategic category management or procurement Proven ability to influence teams on a multi-country scale Strong strategic leadership capabilities with experience in enterprise-wide change Ability to gain buy-in and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
