A company is looking for a Global Head of Customer Success (SMB).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead a high-performing Customer Success team
Manage customer success activities including onboarding, product adoption, and renewal lifecycle management
Drive regional Customer Success outcomes to increase retention and improve customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience leading high-performing teams, preferably in the fitness/wellness space
Strong financial acumen with experience managing a P&L
Experience managing teams and customer relationships across multiple geographies
Proven ability to develop and scale teams while considering succession planning
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Gainsight; knowledge of fitness technology is a bonus
