Key Responsibilities Develop working relationships with key stakeholders to influence issue remediation and change adoption Plan, schedule, and track timelines for corrective actions, remediations, and change initiatives Report regular status updates on issues and changes to Senior Management & stakeholders Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Issue, Risk, or Change Management 5+ years of experience in Credit Card or Financial Services Strong understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, including risk identification and change governance Demonstrated ability to make independent, timely decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience driving high-priority cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
