Global Nonprofit Recruitment Manager

A company is looking for a Global Nonprofit Recruitment Manager to lead the recruitment and onboarding of nonprofit organizations for global partnerships. Key Responsibilities Build and manage the nonprofit recruitment pipeline for immediate and long-term needs Oversee and optimize the low-touch conversion process and engage directly with nonprofits as needed Track outreach and conversion activity, build dashboards for performance monitoring, and identify process improvements Required Qualifications Fluency in English is required 3+ years of experience in managing high-volume pipelines or customer onboarding in a SaaS or similar environment Proficient with CRM and automation tools, with experience in pipeline optimization preferred Strong data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools to monitor performance Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
