GTM Talent Partner
A company is looking for a GTM Talent Partner to identify and engage top revenue talent in fintech.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract top sales talent, focusing on AEs and BDRs in high-growth SaaS environments
Partner with the Senior GTM Talent Partner and sales leaders to define sourcing strategies
Research talent hotspots and maintain up-to-date records in the ATS while supporting scheduling and reporting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, particularly in sales or GTM roles
Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proactive communicator with experience in delivering a high-touch candidate experience
