Loan Processor
A company is looking for a Loan Processor, Wholesale, Submission. Key Responsibilities Review loan submissions, monitor incoming documents, and verify data collected by brokers Organize and input loan information into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and maintain open files Communicate with various stakeholders to resolve outstanding issues and ensure compliance with guidelines Required Qualifications and Education High School diploma or equivalent work experience required One to two (1-2) years of loan processing work experience required Thorough knowledge of mortgage loan processing and underwriting guidelines Experience with Encompass/Empower preferred Familiarity with Desktop Underwriting (DU), Loan Prospector (LP), and/or other Automated Underwriting Engines (AUS) preferred
