Guest Experience Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst of Guest Experience for the Western United States.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify peak events and coordinate all guest experience elements to ensure readiness
Lead guest experience execution for new/acquired FBOs, ensuring all elements are in place
Provide timely response and resolution for all guest experience OpsAssist tickets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years' experience in guest experience delivery, preferably in the hospitality field
Demonstrated ability to successfully coach team members to achieve excellent execution of guest experience standards
Strong project management skills and experience balancing multiple projects or responsibilities simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to create strong relationships while maintaining a professional relationship
