Guest Experience Specialist
A company is looking for a Guest Experience Specialist who is passionate about hospitality and eager to support guests.
Key Responsibilities
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and resolutions via various communication channels
Provide quick and professional responses to guest questions and concerns before, during, and after their stay
Screen potential guests to ensure adherence to house policies and collaborate with internal teams for guest support
Required Qualifications
Hospitality background with direct customer interaction experience
Previous contact center experience is highly preferred
Intermediate technical understanding and experience with CRM systems is a plus
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while communicating with guests
Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
