A company is looking for a Head of Accounting to oversee financial operations and provide strategic insights. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial operations, including reporting, compliance, consolidations, bookkeeping, treasury, tax, transfer pricing, and accounts payable Support international tax planning and compliance, acting as the main contact for tax authorities Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors and tax partners while providing strategic financial insights Required Qualifications Experience in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, consolidations, and tax in a global company Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and international tax regulations Expertise in treasury/liquidity management, payments, and accounts management A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or similar is a plus) Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
