Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Customer Delivery Managers to ensure seamless post-sale implementations
Develop and execute customer delivery strategies to drive operational excellence and standardization
Foster cross-functional partnerships to align implementation plans with customer needs and product capabilities
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in post-sales, customer delivery, or account management, with 2+ years in a management role
Strong background in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS
Experience leading customer onboarding for Tier 1 clients
Proven track record in driving customer satisfaction and revenue retention
Familiarity with product management principles and customer feedback integration
