Key Responsibilities Manage overall resources and operations of the organization Direct and oversee contracts throughout their lifecycle, including negotiations and compliance Maintain and govern relationships with significant global providers and manage service level agreements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, International Business and Management, or a related field Eight years of experience in a related role or acceptable alternate occupation Experience managing a global team and negotiating contracts Knowledge of IT Service Provider Management, ITSM, ITIL, and SIAM Experience working with suppliers in complex contracts for large-scale global environments
