Key Responsibilities: Acts as a liaison between the company and clients to ensure satisfaction Coordinates with various departments to resolve client issues and optimize satisfaction Conducts training for clients and manages multiple projects to enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications: Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Medical/Behavioral Revenue Cycle Management At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups) Experience in a fully remote setting is preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS is preferred
