A company is looking for a Director, Healthcare Analytics. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of enterprise-wide analytics projects and strategic initiatives Provide senior leadership support and collaborate with technical partners to drive development efforts Mentor and manage a team of leaders and analysts to ensure continuous development Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or related field; Master's preferred 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics and leading organizations Experience with SQL/querying languages and knowledge of programmatic coding languages like Python and R Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft PowerBI Preferred experience in public health, financial modeling, and change management processes
