Healthcare Compliance Executive

A company is looking for a SVP, Compliance. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain an effective compliance program tailored to the healthcare industry Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Develop and deliver training programs to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior Required Qualifications Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal roles within the healthcare industry In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and relevant federal and state laws Certifications such as Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are highly desirable Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a compliance team
