Key Responsibilities
Lead system-wide initiatives for strategic workforce planning and optimize provider staffing models
Collaborate with stakeholders to align staffing models with patient volume trends and quality benchmarks
Oversee provider lifecycle management, including recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and retention strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in ambulatory or multi-specialty environments
Proven track record in strategic provider workforce management and performance improvement
Familiarity with EPIC, workforce planning tools, and healthcare regulatory standards
