HEDIS Manager - New Mexico Licensed

A company is looking for a HEDIS Manager - Performance Improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with leadership to secure and maintain Medicare Advantage Star Ratings and meet Medicaid Performance Measure targets Provide direction and execution of HEDIS and Medicare Star programs in alignment with accreditation and regulatory requirements Offer subject matter expertise in HEDIS and CMS STARS, ensuring ongoing performance improvement in quality assurance activities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred Minimum of five years in the healthcare/managed care industry with experience in HEDIS/Medicare Star performance measurement Two years of prior supervisory or program/project manager experience required Experience in presenting to leadership teams, clinicians, and employer groups is necessary Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Office are preferred
