Key Responsibilities
Understand and quantify the patient experience during the billing process
Identify gaps and opportunities to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and present strategies to leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Experience in product management, consulting, strategy, or customer success/operations leadership
Prior experience in healthcare, preferably in biotech or diagnostics
Experience with insurance billing is a plus
