Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to achieve retention and engagement targets for home care agencies
Implement processes to drive high levels of adoption of new programs and product offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, serving as their main point of contact
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing a team of Customer Success Managers, preferably in home care or healthcare
Ability to lead and motivate a team through coaching and regular feedback
Experience with CRM and other platforms to drive efficiency and processes
Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools to analyze data and identify trends
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
