Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing for employees across multiple entities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution
Support performance management processes and lead employee engagement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of HR experience with a focus on Canadian and US payroll and labor law compliance
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel or similar tools
In-depth knowledge of Canadian labor laws and foundational understanding of US labor laws
Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration platforms
Proven track record in compensation benchmarking and market analysis
