Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst responsible for creating and drafting various contract-related documents while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the deal management process. Key Responsibilities: Draft User Agreements, Master Services Agreements, Statement of Work, Order Forms, amendments, and renewals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements for customer documents Manage deal review processes and maintain adherence to turnaround time SLAs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and experience 3 years of experience in contracts management, sales operations, or a deal desk role Proficiency in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel Familiarity with standard contract and legal documents
