HR Compliance Partner
A company is looking for an HR Compliance Partner to lead and enhance HR compliance programs.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Conduct regular audits of HR practices and develop corrective measures
Act as a subject matter expert for HR compliance, providing guidance and training to staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; Master's degree or JD preferred
5-7+ years of HR experience focusing on compliance, risk management, or employee relations
Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
Experience conducting internal audits and managing compliance investigations
HR certifications preferred (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP)
