Solutions Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Solutions Support Engineer for the Weekend 1st Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support experience within the product
Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues, ensuring collaboration and transparency
Design and implement scalable support solutions through automation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on technical experience in customer support or related roles
Minimum of 1+ year experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Experience in reading or debugging code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux operating systems
