HR Generalist - Employee Relations
A company is looking for an HR Generalist - Employee Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner on employee relations issues, including performance management and leave requests
Serve as the main contact for leave of absence issues and ensure timely communication regarding approvals and denials
Conduct new employee orientation and exit interviews, while providing support for recruiting and HR policy development
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on FMLA/State Leave and ADA in a multi-state environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Human Resources certification is a plus
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Previous experience with ADP or other enterprise HRIS systems is required
