Key Responsibilities Administer and optimize HubSpot and other internal systems to support sales operations Develop and manage sales-related workflows, processes, and reporting for KPIs Provide administrative support and training for sales teams on HubSpot functionalities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience HubSpot Certified with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a HubSpot Administrator Experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities Familiarity with external systems such as other CRMs and phone systems Strong skills in Excel and MS Office applications
