A company is looking for a Solar Programs Project Manager II - Consumer Protection. Key Responsibilities Apply and convey complex processes, policies, and expectations of Program stakeholders Evaluate customer complaints and facilitate resolutions with solar companies Develop educational materials and contribute to workshops on consumer protection topics Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in consumer protection, legal, investigations, compliance, and/or customer service Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365 and SharePoint) A writing sample will be required during the interview process Knowledge of solar energy concepts and terminology is preferred
