Talent Management Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of talent management strategies to enhance employee growth and retention
Facilitate talent planning processes, including assessments and succession discussions
Monitor talent health using data-driven insights and recommend targeted interventions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or related HR functions
Strong consulting and facilitation skills to influence senior stakeholders
Comfort with HR data and analytics for distilling insights
Proficiency in HR systems, preferably Workday, and familiarity with enterprise talent practices
