Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Referral Support Advocates to ensure high-quality patient experiences
Oversee team performance, manage workflows, and troubleshoot roadblocks in member requests
Collaborate with other teams and promote continuous improvement in processes and tools
Required Qualifications
Experience in creating and modifying processes to meet business needs
Proven track record of driving measurable efficiency results
Strong data and analytical skills
Ability to forge relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
3+ years in healthcare, customer service, and/or advocacy with supervisory experience preferred
