Indiana Licensed Order Entry Pharmacist
A company is looking for an Order Entry Pharmacist to work remotely for a client based in Indiana. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and make recommendations for the appropriate use of pharmaceuticals in patient care Approve, process, and validate medication orders while ensuring patient safety and effective drug therapy Document clinical interventions and communicate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of medication therapy Required Qualifications Indiana Pharmacist License required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy; Pharm D preferred One year of hospital experience preferred Experience with MEDITECH and Vigilance preferred Demonstrated adaptability and ability to build strategic work relationships
