Email Marketing Automation Specialist
A company is looking for an Email Marketing Automation Specialist (Contractor) to enhance retention marketing efforts through automated email systems.
Key Responsibilities
Audit current email workflows and infrastructure to identify opportunities and pain points
Design and implement a scalable, segmented automation system across the customer lifecycle
Train internal team members on monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated workflows
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with a focus on email automation
Proven ability to establish marketing automation systems from the ground up
Experience with data integrations, ETL pipelines, and customer segmentation, particularly using Redshift
Comfortable working in HubSpot and understanding its strengths and weaknesses for B2B communications
Preferred experience in education or with school/district audiences
