Key Responsibilities Generate and audit large group new and renewing proposal exhibits in collaboration with sales and underwriting teams Create, modify, and audit Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) documents and benefit change grids Monitor proposal assignments and serve as a subject matter expert for the team Required Qualifications Associate's degree 1-3 years of experience in benefits administration or a related field Experience in health insurance, preferably in commercial group insurance Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM tool General understanding of operational and administrative processes in sales and account management
