Insurance Licensed Account Analyst
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes customer service strategy while managing relationships with Aetna International clients
Engages in frequent communication with clients and brokers to address service levels, operational issues, and strategic planning
Manages plan administration activities and collaborates with the account management team to achieve growth and renewal objectives
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of industry or customer service experience, preferably with complex accounts
1-3 years of experience in the health benefits industry, project management, or customer service
Insurance license required by state law or the ability to obtain one within the first 90 days of employment
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Prior international insurance experience is preferred
