Operations Research Engineer

A company is looking for an Operations Research Engineer to contribute to the design, modeling, and implementation of optimization, simulation, and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement mathematical models to support business processes and decision-making Assist in the development of algorithms for logistics, scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation problems Analyze results, identify trends, and prepare detailed reports and visualizations for stakeholders Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field Solid understanding of operations research techniques such as optimization, simulation, and statistical analysis Programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ Experience with optimization libraries like OR-Tools, PuLP, Gurobi, or CPLEX 1-2 years of professional experience applying operations research methods to real-world problems is preferred
